
We are excited to announce that we are currently phasing in a new platform for all client communications, refill requests and check in/check out processes. This platform enables us to communicate directly with our clients through text message/email/and phone calls.
Before your next visit with us, please look out for a text message or email with a chat invitation link. You will receive two messages from us prior to your appointment. The first message will be a 24 hour appointment confirmation and the second, 1 hour pre-appointment message with check-in instructions. TeleVet will allow you to communicate freely throughout your pet's visit with any questions, concerns, photos and additional documents you wish to share with us.
We strongly encourage all prescription food, medication requests, and any questions to be submitted to our staff through our website by selecting an option that best describes what you and your companion would like assistance with. You can submit your request off of the pop-up menu in the bottom right hand corner of our webpage.
