Program funding is allocated per quarter and not guaranteed for every applicant.
A 50% deposit is required prior to the date of the procedure and the remaining balance will be due on the date of the procedure.
PLEASE NOTE: The state is responsible for payment of the spay/neuter and distemper/FVRCP vaccination alone. By pursuing the procedure at our hospital the pet owner will be financially responsible for the co-payment, rabies vaccination, pre-surgical bloodwork, pain medication, antibiotics, and an e-collar. We do not accept payment plans.
