Program funding is allocated per quarter and not guaranteed for every applicant.
A 50% deposit is required upon scheduling the procedure and the remaining balance will be due on the date of the procedure.
NOTE: The state is responsible for payment of the spay/neuter and distemper/FVRCP vaccination alone. By pursuing the procedure at our hospital the pet owner is financially responsible for the co-payment ($10 or $20), rabies vaccination, pre-surgical bloodwork, pain medication, antibiotics, and an e-collar. We will provide an estimate for the procedure if you are approved.
We do not offer payment plans.
