In accordance with the state of New Jersey Administrative Order (EO 292) masks are mandatory upon entry to the hospital. 

We strongly encourage our clients to utilize our private parking lot located behind our building as it is safer for our patients to access the hospital.  If you would like to utilize curbside service, please remain in your vehicle. We will message you through our messaging platform  when we are ready to see your pet.

As we are currently experiencing high call volumes we kindly ask that you utilize our TeleVet messaging platform or leave us a voicemail.  We will answer your message or return your call as soon as a team member becomes available.  Please do not immediately call us back unless your pet is experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency.  Call back times may vary up to 48 hours for prescription refill and wellness appointment requests. We try to accommodate non-emergent medical concerns within 48 hours.
