Given recent data on Bergen County transmission rates our hospital will again require masks for both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals beginning August 18th, 2021.  Please message us through our messaging platform when you arrive to our hospital for your scheduled appointment. You will receive a 1 hour pre-appointment message from us with check-in instructions. 

We strongly encourage our clients to utilize our private parking lot located behind our building as it is safer for our patients to access the hospital.  Please remain in your vehicle if you opt for curbside service, we will message you through our messaging platform  when we are ready to see your pet.

As we are currently experiencing high call volumes we kindly ask that you utilize our TeleVet messaging platform or leave us a voicemail.  We will answer your message or return your call as soon as a team member becomes available.  Please do not immediately call us back unless your pet is experiencing a medical emergency.  Call back times may vary up to 48 hours for prescription refill and wellness appointment requests. We try to accommodate non-emergent medical concerns within 48 hours.
