COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

As of Tuesday June 22nd 2021, TWO COVID-19 pet parents per appointment will be allowed to accompany their pet into the hospital's examination room.  Please be advised that although New Jersey has lifted mask restrictions and social distancing guidelines our hospital encourages those who are not yet vaccinated for COVID-19 to continue to wear a mask.  Masks are now OPTIONAL for COVID-19 vaccinated pet parents.  We ask that you continue to message us through our messaging platform when you arrive to our hospital for your scheduled appointment. You will receive a 1 hour pre-appointment message from us with check-in instructions. 

We strongly encourage our clients to utilize our private parking lot located behind our building as it is safer for our patients to access the hospital.  Please remain in your vehicle if you opt for curbside service, we will message you through our messaging platform  when we are ready to see your pet.

As we are currently experiencing high call volumes we kindly ask that you utilize our TeleVet messaging platform or leave us a voicemail.  We will answer your message or return your call as soon as a team member becomes available.  Please do not immediately call us back unless your pet is experiencing a medical emergency.  Call back times may vary up to 48 hours for prescription refill and wellness appointment requests. We try to accommodate non-emergent medical concerns within 48 hours.
